I did get my order twice already with no issues and now accidentally found out how poor reviews are here.

I'd suggest Klarna so youre covered in case something goes wrong. But two orders with no issues for me its a 5 star rate for now.

Incredible pre workouts, fast responses to messages and super helpful! Not one bad thing to say about the company. The negative reviews are honestly a load of bllox

The good reviews have been written by their team, the product is absolutely shambolic. Customer service is rubbish, waste of money. Sent my order back for a refund and received nothing. They have just continued to ignore me. DO NOT BUY. It is a scam, complete rubbish.

Extremely poor customer service.Spent £110 on products, viper fitness didn’t send the sports shaker as advertised on website?then doesn’t even respond to emails, then they say in email that shaker is with only first order whereas it clearly shows on website that shaker is free with every order?it says on their website that they accept PayPal but in email they say that they don’t.Still waiting for their response.They have taken my money but still no order or response.Still waiting for the product that I ordered.Really poor customer services.

Ordered goods not delivered. No answer to emails or phone calls. This site is a scam. Do not use, they will just keep your money.

I wish there was 0 Star!! This company is fake & fraudulent! I ordered a watch which never came and now I'm unable to get a refund. After several back and forth emails with "Jackson Bowen" who is apparently the sole person behind the "contact.fitviper" email, advising me that they had an issue with Hermes, I have requested a refund and suddenly the emails stopped! No more responses, no watch and no refund! I had to report them to Action Fraud

Worst company ever, the agent was extremely dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to ask for support with the setting up of the watch which I have still been unable to do months later. Do not order from this company! Takes days to respond to emails and it's not even a response to your question but when you ask again you have to wait another few days each time it's painful!!! Been unable to use the watch since I bought it. It should be illegal to scam people in this way

I ordered from Website fit viper , and my rating is 0. I ordered the watch it came but the watch Didnot work so paid for the delivery, which they told me to send it back to them and they will send me a new one , but been emailing back for months and they got back to me once and told me they will send me a new one but still have not received anything. So don’t order from Fit viper it Fake..

Do not order from this company, I have been trying to get my money back for 3 weeks as the items I ordered were not in stock. I have phoned 5 times and every time they tell me the manager will call me back and guess what no call from the manager!

I received an email informing me that the item I ordered was out of stock and whether I would like a similar product which I replied no, fast forward 2 weeks and im still waiting for a refund and currently in a dispute with PayPal. Top service 👌🏼

Poor service. Was firstly sold an item they didn't have in stock so after a week of waiting E-mailed them to be told such news, was given refund without a problem.

Have since ordered again, and once again over a week later no delivery so have E-mailed them to be told they are waiting on the arrival of stock. Selling items and taking payment before they even have the stock themselves, very unprofessional. Although have sent their apologies.

Being a big fan of MR five time "O" Having looked everywhere for this stuff I finally found it I ordered jay cutler elite series test booster powder because I know what's init and have used it before amazing fact acting stuff however I received jay cutler big T test booster caps which I know nothing bout the ingredients or have never used before with that said I can already feel the kick after 1 tablet.

I ordered some supplements and the whole process was hassle free and easy to do. The customer service is excellent The postage was speedy and the product was perfect! Will definitely be using again! Thank you :-)

Order wasnt processed until the 4th day and therefore took a week to arrive. If processed in a couple of days, service would be perfect. A couple of sample items enclosed and a free shaker (though mine was split in transit).

My package contents (a large 4.5kg of whey protein) was very well packaged with ample bubble packaging to prevent any possible harm to the contents.
Delivery was fine and as expected, and I was able to track the package from start to end using the easy tracking facility.
Included were a new shaker and a couple of sample items to try - all a very welcome bonus.
Overall, it was an excellent trouble-free smooth transaction, and I'm sure I'll be using Viper again in the near future, and yes - would recommend to others too.
