Don’t waste your money

The technician did not fix the issue and it did not seem he spent any time assessing why the in slab heating was not working and he did not seem to know what he was doing and he was their expert. He advised the issue was fixed and charged $425. We took him at his word. When it was not fixed and we asked for another visit after multiple phone call, but queried whether another $220 call-out fee would be charged the owner became rude. Will not use again will find a company that knows what they are doing. Wasted $425 for no result.
