I was able to deposit £4000 on one game and got nothing back , the feature came in after about £1500 and was laughable ! Robbers !

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Virgin Games and feel others should be aware before depositing their money.

I deposited £20 one evening last week and ended up hitting the Jackpot on Huff and Puff, winning £1,571. I have screenshots showing the win along with the reference number, so there is clear evidence that the win occurred. However, when it came time to withdraw the winnings, the experience completely changed.

The verification process has been incredibly poor. I have provided multiple forms of documentation and proof when requested, yet the process just seems to go in circles. Every time I submit what they ask for, something else suddenly becomes an issue. It feels like no matter what documentation you provide, they will try their hardest not to pay out.

Customer service has also been extremely frustrating. Responses are slow, vague, and unhelpful, and no one seems willing to give a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal is being refused. Despite providing the evidence they requested, I am still being denied the payout without any proper reasoning.

I have now issued a formal complaint and will be escalating this matter further. £1,571 is a significant amount of money, and I expect a fair and transparent explanation at the very least.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I will be pursuing this issue until it is properly resolved, as this is far from the end of the matter.

Just signed up. Put in around 50 quid of money i wouldn't miss. Won 95 and withdrew. Thought to myself, put on another 10 pound and I found that they was actively taking money beyond the bet in between spins. Was on Secrets of the Phoenix Fire and Ice Flamin' Five. Got bonus 3 times. Waiting for an egg to crack for absolutely ages when it finally cracked bam it says connection error retry. They've got it rigged so that when you're winning they put a block on it.

I deposited £10 and won £35, after I tried to withdraw it, they locked my account with no reason at all, no email message, I had to google Virgin Games Support, then after I was told that I will need to provide bank statement, AND A SELFIE of me holding my ID, with a the current date attached on a paper - IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHERE THE DOOR NUMBER IS VISIBLE. How absurd is that? After a week of communicating and providing the details, I got my money back, however they said that my account will remain CLOSED for no reason... Don't use this horrible scammy website, it's clear they just try to pocket your money in the hopes that you give up and don't provide a selfie of you in front of your house with your id, with the date attached...

I have used many betting/gambling sites and this is by far the worst one. Not only will they close your account if you win any sort of money but they have the audacity to keep those winnings and just refund your deposit if you do. In what world would this be legal with any other company in the UK? Absolute joke. If you are going to gamble avoid this company like the plague and put your money into skybet or paddy power.
