Been a member for over 10 years use to be very good site, recently I have realised there RTP have changed on a lot of bit time games like extra chilli megaways use to be over 96% now 94%. Same with who wants to be a millionaire megaways use to be 96% now 94%. These are still over 96% on other sites, this site has gone downhill very quickly over the last 3 weeks. Will be playing elsewhere and not recommend to friends or on YouTube.

I deposited hundreds of ££ and had no bonuses, not wins no nothing back. Deposited £10 and got it up to around £45 before I withdrew it. After I withdrew I tried going back on to check on my withdrawal and they'd closed my account and told me they won't give me my money unless I send them all of my personal details including pictures of my face and house.

However I understand the negative reviews, on their slot games whenwver I played it seems really difficult to trigger a bonus, although I did do a few times. Was about 50 quid down when I chucked it. Everyone who plays on casino knows house always wins in the end... What makes people like me play, is knowing that is over millions of games, I can win on any given spin on any session.
I've had my favourites for YEARS and know how they play, and had good experiences on virgin UNTIL this year.
When playing low volatility games, the same titles as always, you know your rhythm. 2025 comes - whenever there's a win, you NO LONGER just as likely to win again. Not anymore, it's a guaranteed race to bust every time. They claim it's "fair" and sadly dynamic RTP shaping is "legal" because technically, over millions of spins it works out.
However, by moving "cold numbers" up the RNG - you get a game that used to feature every 100 spins or so, suddenly going 500+ spins without any wins, and then paying out 5X or less when it finally triggers.
Once is bad luck, but after ten times you look into it, and discover they (as with others) are using games known to exploit this new technology.
So after winning appx 2 years worth of losses, every single deposit since that date, I never even doubled my balance - let alone the 10-20x which was previously common.
