I think that you may not understand the concept of your own business. Firstly, you foul up the order details & fail to deliver correctly, then upon receiving my complaint, you need me to intervene again to be able to make the delivery, as you denied existence of the recipient's address. Secondly, you ask me, the sender, to review the contents of the hamper when they are, finally & thankfully, in the hands of the recipient, some 80 - 90 miles away. If I send the hamper, I am not going to be able to try the contents, am I? This must be the case for 90% or more of the hampers that you dispatch. And despite me having previously leaving a one star review, NO-ONE takes the trouble to offer any explanation or final apology.
Product is excellent..ordering very easy and delivery excellent.however this product was reduced by £20 before xmas.Next time I would order nearer the date as to not miss out on offers
