Great present for a friend
Items ordered never arrived. Driver did not buzz intercom to let my sister know he was there. He phoned me and I was out. Completely disappointed and annoyed. What a waste of arranging for a birthday treat. Phoned your company and was told that it was with the carrier so out of your hands. Not impressed so got refund. Complete waste if time.

Ordered for a family celebration but I made an error with delivery date. When queried could not have been helped more. Fast and efficient communication which enabled delivery to be brought forward and in my opinion staff went the extra mile and refunded my original request for Saturday delivery. Order was delivered within 24 hours of query due to my error. Cannot recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
