Excellent Christmas gift
Genuinely felt the value for money and price per contents across all of the hampers this year was quite poor actually, maybe not all your fault and more so down to the overall cost of all foods nowadays, but equivalent hampers to this with comparable products were a lot cheaper just a few seasons ago... Sorry for the quite negative comments, but prefer to be honest with my thoughts (This was not just VH by the way, it was my findings form all of the major hamper providers this Xmas and to be fair we didnt buy any from them and only purchased from VH, so take that as a positive if you will, but usually buy 5 or 6 for clients at this time of year and this year brought just the 1, opting for alternative's instead)

Hamper box was so damaged and had so many postal stickers on it that couldn’t be removed without taking off the box design I had to go out and buy a hamper box to be able to gift this item as I would not present it to anyone in the state it was in
I get hampers every year from you for my in laws and we have always loved them. However I had problems with both hampers this year. Both hampers must have ran out of stock/products so it was replaced with something similar but in different coloured packaging. So instead of everything being black & gold there was a red box and a light blue with silver on. It’s good that the products were replaced and best to have something rather than nothing. But visually it didn’t look all perfect. And the red hamper had the same problem but that was actually missing a chutney and no replacement sent. I did speak to the company on the 23rd December when I had to chase up my second hamper and I was asked to take pics, but I had already wrapped them all. I was going to take pics on Christmas Day when the family opened them. But they all said not to bother as it didn’t matter that all the packaging was the same colour. I think it mattered more to me. I will use this company again as I have many times before. I just hope for my sake this doesn’t happen again. Apart from that issue the family loved their hampers.

The hamper was not delivered and I paid extra for the pre Christmas delivery. I won’t be using this provider again. I do not recommend.
Great size and super speedy. Took away one star because the shipping cost was absolutely outrageous, even for a couple of days before Christmas - it was almost the same cost as the hamper!
