Very disappointed with the quality of the products within the hamper, compared with the same products last year. We haven't sampled all the items yet, but so far the Mince Pies were very bland, lacking in flavour as are the Oat Biscuits with the chocolate having very little flavour
Gorgeous hamper purchased as a gift for a friend, so I cannot fairly rate the product. I have given the 5 stars for the impeccable service.
Could have been a bit better for the price, would also be nice to offer a discount for customers that have used you a few times.

I did not receive the product as it was sent to other people. However, their reaction was very positive and from my point of view the option of a carton rather than an expensive wicker hamper made good sense.
No one in the family has ever complained and my grandchildren love popping the plastic wrapping.

Excellent quality products with a good mixture of food and drinks that all went very well together and were a real treat at Christmas. The silvery colour scheme was well thought out for a winter hamper and the inclusion of one non-alcoholic drink along with fizz and wine was a nice touch.
