Very clear and useful Food Safety course
I had a very positive experience with the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene course.
The information was clear, well organised and easy to understand.
The online platform was simple to use and I could complete the training at my own pace.
I received my certificate immediately after passing the assessment, which was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone working in catering.

Very informative and easy to understand ourse content was easy to understand
Course content was easy to understand. However, I would have liked the sessions to be spoken so I could make notes while listening. You only gave audio for the first sentence - personally I would have liked the whole module to be spoken as well as displayed on screen - give the user the option to turn off the audio if preferred.
