Received this as a birthday gift from my wife. Really friendly staff and a lovely location. I chose the Boeing 737 simulator and enjoyed it so much that I immediately booked again for the Piper Seneca. Thanks guys.
Great time at VFE, from booking my session to arriving and sitting in the pilots seat everything went smoothly with a very professional team. The experience itself was better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you to all at VFE for a fantastic day.
I had a fantastic flight across Italy, the visuals were amazing, I was so caught up in the experience with the sounds of the cabin crew coming from behind, it was like taking a real flight, I even caught myself looking at the clouds, which looked real. I couldn’t recommend this experience more, I booked a second flight immediately 10/10

The flight experience itself was great but the staff were rude and unhelpful. This was a surprise; I was shocked, given the positive experience others have had. I was just unlucky I guess.
Although given the defensive and confrontational reply. Maybe it’s others that were lucky. No ‘I wonder how we can improve the service going forward’ rather a ‘it was all the customers fault’ type reply.

For clarity, the issue arose because you arrived in an oversized motorhome without prior notice, despite our website advising customers with larger vehicles to contact us in advance due to restricted access. Our team explained this politely and remained professional and welcoming throughout. Both you and your wife thanked our staff and said how much you’d enjoyed the experience as you left.
It’s therefore disappointing to see this review appear several weeks later, describing events very differently. We stand by the professionalism of our team and the quality of our experiences, as reflected by the thousands of positive reviews we’ve received over the years.
What an amazing experience this was!
I was lucky enough to get a voucher to attend my very own flight simulator of a 737-800.
Nick was my instructor, a really nice guy, couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly if he tried, really made this an experience I'm never going to forget.
The experience itself was brilliant, the level of detail of this simulator is incredible, at times I had to remind myself that I was still on the ground.
I had such a good time and have already booked my next flight in which I purchased after my flight.
I can't recommend this experience enough, if you have any interest in aircraft do yourself a favour and book in an experience with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

I booked this for my 10 year old who loves planes and was desperate to have a go in a simulator. The pilot was incredible with him, informative, patient, taught me a few things and helped my son throughout. Could not recommend enough. My son is already planning his return.

I definately recomend anybody who has NOt experienced Flying a Twin Aeroplane to have a go .

I have now had 5 sessions on their PA34 Seneca 111 Simulator ,
and with Steve Mounts excellent Instruction i am finding really good
he has now put me on a higher level , which is a Commercial Pliots Instruction , and I am really enjoying it .
I can highly recommend it , for any Pilot who wants to experience flying a twin engined Aeroplane.
