I scheduled an appointment twice for an informational meeting and the representative did not show nor did "they" attempt to reschedule.

They recently removed the cut 10% from the staff. So employees received full salary from the employers. Also, they're planning to execute govt benefits and such so getting better!

I've with virtual staff for more than a year now. And I liked this platform because it allows me to search for a client and send a Job application without any fee. And I always get paid on time. 🥰

Because of Virtual Staff I was able to find a client who also became my friend. Other than that, I love how responsive their cs are every time. Thank you

I just got my first job using this website and honestly, it’s really easy to use compared to other platforms. What I like the most is they don’t take any fees from your salary, and everything is very transparent between you and the client. I really recommend this site, especially for aspiring VAs and programmers who want to work online.

But of course, nothing is perfect. I hope the site can improve one thing — sometimes it gets a bit laggy, especially during salary day. Even my client said their payment page loads slowly during that time. Hopefully the website can be faster soon.

They have a good system which lets you track your pending applications, easy way to talk to clients, apply to job postings and so on. For aspiring VAs, I recommend that you try VirtualStaff!

Virtual Staff opened the doors to my virtual assistance career, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with great clients through their platform. The only downside is that, like with many online job platforms, there are risks of scammers reaching out directly via email even without applying to their job postings. This can be especially tricky for beginners. Overall, though, Virtual Staff is a valuable platform if you remain cautious and practice due diligence.
