I guess I'm upset as I was already sent an email with Job Discussion last July 3, 2024 but wasn't able to attend on the said meeting due to power outage and unfortunately at the same time my phones is already out of battery. I already sent an email twice but still no reply until now.

My experience in Virtual Staff from making my account to landing a job went so smoothly. I was able to try also their support center and my concerns were replied in a short period of time. I hope the site can improve the filtering of job scammers. Like those who will chat telling that they are from HR department of a certain company and will let you proceed the conversation or job offer in another platform like Telegram. I got scammed on one of them. Overall, Virtual Staff is a good place to start your job application journey. :-)

Please know that we have a REPORT function in chat, so if an employer or client tries to hire you outside the platform or directs you to another platform like Telegram, you can report it immediately. Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, we require all clients/employers who use the platform to register with card details and go through an ID process that must pass a certain score.
However, if ever you feel someone is trying to scam you, please report it immediately as we actually have a report button for this exact purpose.
Once it's reported, our internal compliance and support team will assess the job post or messages, and if the user breaches our terms, they will be banned.
This is another reason why it's really important that you only get hired and paid within the platform and never outside.
If someone wants to hire you outside the platform, they might be a scam.

Instead of contacting us for a refund, you immediately disputed the charge with your bank, claiming it was fraudulent. Thankfully, after reviewing the evidence provided by both parties, your bank concluded on September 16th, 2024, that the charge was valid and within the terms agreed upon.
Levi, as a realtor who we assume regularly deals with contracts and agreements, we would expect a clear understanding that terms are to be honored by both sides. It is concerning that this wasn’t followed in this case.
We are committed to transparency and fairness in all business transactions, and we’re glad the facts of the case supported the legitimacy of the charge. Should you wish to discuss this further, we are always open to resolving matters professionally.
