I have always had Sam as my technician; & since he has been dealing with me & my computer, he has been very patient & thorough. I'm a senior, & by no means, a whiz kid when it comes to computers. Virtual Touch Pro service with Simon
I have never been disappointed in the service I have received. I know that I get impatient; however, in the long run, it does not take long. I seem to have the problems the day I need it right away. Simon was very polite and handled things very well. I do wish you had been able to see that I was licensed with you, however. It did show my reviews for the past three years, that did upset me. I am satisfied with the service.

I have dealt with other computer companies for PC updates and problems and Virtual Touch Pro has been far superior to any of them. They are available 24-7 and I have always received a quick response and solution. They have been very good in doing updates to my PC as well. Before having Virtual Touch Pro I had trouble with viruses. They were able to secure my PC from viruses and continue updates to avoid any problems. Another benefit with VTP is to have the updates done on your time. You decide when you want them to work on your PC for any problems or updates.
