My application took nearly three weeks to be submitted, and there was no progress feedback. After I e-mailed, the request was promptly processed, and I received the VISA within a day. I feel like my application was overlooked.

Seems serious I hope the visa is valid when arrive at destination . Plus an insurance? can be useful

Wanting to get a pre-visa for Nepal, I found Visagov online and filled out the details - including my bank details. They immediately debited my account and sent a confirmation email - but with no receipt.
I still do not know what I paid for and they refuse to send me the payment details, even though I have asked them for it several times by email. They just reply with a copy/paste email asking for me to check my spam folder…
Best to directly go on a legitimate website operated by a government to get your visa, you will otherwise pay unnecessary costs (30$) with Visagov, and for nothing!!

First visa site was misleading. Then a second site appeared on my mobile phone. It finally was the right one. There should a single unified site for the visa process.

The page is legit. I’m from South America and use this page to apply for a UAE visa and got it. The website is easy to use and very simple. I had to wait very long for my visa approval but I believe more my fault because I applied too early but the representatives responded to my emails and said they will process it as my entry date gets near and they did. I do wish they had a contact number or a WhatsApp to make communication easier. Highly recommend.

This is a scam company! Watch out!!!! I have had a very bad experience with thus company. I was looking for a visa to Saudi Arabia. I obviously visited their webpage on the 12-th of September. That same day the visagov, which also shows up as ESTA tried to charge my Revolut account for a visa to Angola!!! I noticed this two days later.
I decided to apply for a visa via Visit Saudi on the 13-th and did so successfully. The next day I got an e-mail from visagov, aka ESTA, requiring me to fill in my details again and check my payment details, hence pay again. I did so thinking that this is the Visit Saudi website. After scamming me into another payment, they don't want to return the money argueing that I applied with them! I wrote the company, that I will be filling an official report with the police. To this their staff member replied that "I should do as I please", not offering to resolve the situation.
After a couple of days, after posting this opinion, I reasked the company again, to return the payment, I recieved a positive reply. I was refunded the amount. Yet, the stress, and the very negative experience of playing verbal ping-pong was very disheartening.

Price is better than other Visa agents. It took very long to get an Egyptian E-Visa, over 27 days. The communication is prompt but the answer is like a hard board cut-out. I'm ok that i got the visa after the long waiting since my visit date is still days away. I hope communication would be improved to mitigate customer's anxiety.
