Bought a watch strap and clasp (Rolex). It didn’t fit. Despite being adjustable and made to measure.
Returned the product and they won’t refund.

Visconti straps fall apart in 12 months

I have purchased x5 different NATO leather straps from this company over the previous 3 years.
ALL x5 straps have literally fallen apart. The leather straps are bonded in two layers. In my experience the bonding fails in less than a year after purchase and the strap literally comes apart in two sections. The hand stitching also fails. My Visconti watch straps have always been worn with respect and never exposed to water.
Their customer service is a polite but very slow process. They replace the strap after several months of emails. The most recent replacement has also now fallen apart, most disappointingly after being told that their manufacturing process had changed.
The straps that I have purchased retail at 215.00Euro a piece. The build quality versus the pricing point is completely unacceptable. I have stopped returning my failed Visconti straps to the manufacturer. I am simply not interested in receiving a beautiful new replacement only to know, out of experience, that the strap will deteriorate so dramatically over a few months. Not fit for purpose and very disappointing.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Bought a strap from this company which didn't fit my Patek Philippe watch. Monica in Italy very kindly offered to make a new one but unfortunately was sent out in a totally different colour leather. She agreed to refund if both straps were returned. I looked on their website for a returns address and they only listed one address in London so I sent the straps back recorded delivery, signed for. After weeks of chasing the telephone number (London) on their website I finally got a call back from Chris (or Chrisian Distanto according to Companies House) who has a terrible attitude and basically said that because he personally didn't sign for the return, he couldn't refund. He called from a New York number and I asked how could he possibly sign for the straps if he was in America and he denied he was in America but would not confirm where he was. He said the address on the website was just their accounts office (but clearly staff would then be able to sign for the straps). I asked why they wouldn't have the correct address on their website and why they have a London telephone number (to match the London postal address). He simply said I should seek compensation from the post office service in a very aggressive and patronising tone. I suggested he might like to change his attitude to customers and he laughed and hung up
