Best service in the south , bought 2 caravans in the last 2 years very happy with the service and after sales, highly recommend, Charles is a top man made our adventure an adventure loving our freedom , thanks ,kev/caroline

Hi Everyone, My review is based on a number of enquiry phone calls and two visits to Viscount. Dealing with `Charles` initially. It would be fair to say he is very approachable and very knowledgeable about his stock. The forecourt is immaculate, stock is also immaculate, inside and out. The policy of `appointments only` worked for us. It made it more private and Charles was able to give us his undivided attention, including tea and biscuits. Any questions we had were answered openly and honestly. We decided to buy a van, the whole transaction went well. The van was recleaned, serviced and came with a great warranty. We stayed near by at a local recommended site to enable us to learn/try out the van in case of any snags. Which worked out great because we did have a couple of very small issues. These issues were sorted out by a visit from the companies own service staff very quickly. A chap called Alan, another star from this company. And off we went home. In summary, Charles, Alan, Chris, Amanda helped the whole process go smoothly from start to finish. It was an delight to buy from this company and would certainly advise anyone thinking of using them to do so. 10/10. Well done to everyone at Viscount. Adrian and Julia /Plymouth. Jan 2024.

I visited their shop get a hose and parts to attach our Cadac and a separate LPG Stove to the LPG tank beneath our campervan. They told us that the Cadac hose we had bought elsewhere could not be attached as the fittings were not the right ones. We purchased the correct fittings from them and also the correct hose and fittings for the gas stove. We are very grateful for their help and professionalism to ensure safe equipment connections.
