Caught in a "Service Loop" – Pay for benefits you can’t use

I have been a Viseca cardholder for some time, paying a premium annual fee that explicitly includes Priority Pass access. However, for several months, I have been unable to activate this benefit.

The most frustrating part isn’t the technical glitch—it’s the 'finger-pointing.' Priority Pass insists the issue is on Viseca’s side, while Viseca refuses to take ownership and tells me to contact Priority Pass. I have exhausted every support channel. As the company collecting my annual fee, Viseca is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the services they market. It is disappointing that they would rather lose a customer than resolve a simple integration issue. Avoid if you expect actual support for premium features.

Visa Platinum with Priority pass a night mare

Just ordered a Visa Platinum including Priority Pass.
The Priority pass does NOT include the access to the Priority Pass App nor the digital card.
To access the lounge I need the physical card and the physical Visa credit card. Feels like back in 2010. It took the call center 15 Minutes to figure out this.
When trying to activate Priority Pass it just tells me "the new Priority App is not available in my region"

Poor customer service, lack of IT competence

The Viseca One App and web account (required to check bills, approve payments, etc) stopped working. I called them and they passed me through (4!) operators until one told me that they have a techical problem with customers who have both a corporate and private card with them (like me). They told me that many customers are in the same situation and they’ll call me back as soon as it is solved. 2 minths passed, they didn’t call me back and my cards are now blocked even if all bills have aleays been paid. I didn’t choose Viseca (it was chosen by the card banks), but if you can p’ease stay away from it!

Fraud protection

No fraud protection

I was scammed by a company phone call which used my banks phone number.

They did a ID check but yet when i checked my account there was a charge made by rtv euro AGd.

When I contacted viseca. They told me in plain english that i was SHIT OUT OF LUCK. Because I accept the payment. WTF

Fraud protection my ass great service. Viseca i will never use their service again

No theft or fraud protection at all

No theft or fraud protection at all. If one's credit card is abused or stolen they won't cover the loss but blame it on the customer. Take them to court when possible, the behaviour is not legally sound. They ignore Police reports and evidence. This is a dangerous product for the consumer.

Worst Card ever - Stay away!

Worst service ever (well no service at all), thay make one mistake after the otyer, they charge services fees invoices (even when you ask to only have a digital one), they find excuses all time and never slutions.

VISECA's Service Failures: Unacceptable Delays and Poor Communication

I am extremely disappointed with VISECA's customer service and overall handling of my credit card. Without any prior notice or explanation, they abruptly blocked my credit card. It wasn’t until five days later that I received a letter in the mail informing me that the card was blocked for "security reasons." As a bare minimum, they should have notified me immediately about the block.

Adding to the frustration, the replacement card also took five days to arrive. And if that weren’t enough, a week after receiving the new card, I discovered they had changed the PIN without informing me in advance! I only found out when I received the new PIN in the mail.

When I contacted customer service for clarification, they told me they do not disclose the security reasons behind blocking cards and that they are not obligated to do so. Their lack of transparency and communication leaves much to be desired.

The entire experience reflects poor service and a significant gap in communication. It feels like VISECA takes advantage of its market monopoly. They clearly need to drastically improve their processes, customer communication, and overall service quality.

Viseca, keep expectations low for client services

Can't believe this company blocked my card without any alternatives. The only explanation was for my own security, which is extremely unconvincing. It was for Viceca's own security/convenience.

Do not count Vicesa's client services in case of emergency. Otherwise, you will be in a deep deep trouble. I am in a deep trouble today! You'd better have your own contingency plan in any cases.

Vicesa = untrustworthy!

I was online scammed I contacted so…

I was online scammed I contacted so many times Viseca with all data and police report. I waited for answer from August till December. After their so called investigation they can not help me wihh the refund of the transaction and they do not bother a lot. They are concluding is all my mistake 5hat my card details probably has been stoled or my phone hacked.
I lost a lot of money, I did not find any corporation or logical and Profesional solution during the whole process.
Their system can not recognize on time fraut transactions or misuse of the card.

Don't register!! They are scam!!

In reality, I too had a Freud, and I owe 400 freud for a transaction that I did not complete. This is inhumane, and still they couldn't cancel? 🤯 In contrast to other credit cards, where they could instantly search for a solution for any issue.

Repeated attitude of stealing money from their customers

Again problems with the debit card from Viseca associated with my Basler Kantonal Bank account. Already closed my BKB account and everything related with Viseca. Surprisingly or not, they do not send back a refund I was waiting after I closed the credit card and bank account.
They are stealing money shamelessly from the customers. Avoid their services, not recommended at all. Unbelievable behaviour!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service.I have had a credit card from them for 7months with a limit of 500CHF.I needed a limit increase due to a deposit for a rental abroad.The attitude the customer service lady had on the phone was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.Telling me that I didn’t had the credit card for more then 6monthd and not even letting me saying a word.Always kept on talking over me in a very unpleasant manner.I will definitely cancel my credit card!!!!!! Steer clear of this company!!!

A living joke

I have a Viseca PrePaid card. PrePaid card are cool because it helps avoiding spending too much on the internet (where they are accepted). BUT.
It's painfully slow, it takes at least 3 days to recharge your card once the payement is processed.
It's really expensive for no reason at all, there's plenty prepaid card that doesn't charge you 1% (but at least 5.- if you recharge for less than 500.-) + 50.- annual cotisation.

My advice : Just don't use Viseca, bank transfers are faster and you don't get stole shamelessly for each transaction.

Terrible service

First of all: crazy high rates. Impossible to use their cards for international purchases.
Second: terrible fidelity program. When you finally find a product (overpriced) that you want and something goes wrong (I bought Swiss air credit), then, it is “not their problem that Swiss don’t know how to process the voucher”!
Third: out of nowhere, their started to charge transactions fees. They blamed the company receiving the payment. When the company provided a statement denying it, they started to blame Mastercard!
Forth: customer support is slo and not helpful.
I would not recommend them.

Becareful of Viseca - unethical

Becareful of Viseca - they still owe me money from my card, which I over paid. They then refused to answer my emails and said that they can be construed as phishing, this is so deplorably bad. DON'T use them - they have no ethics at all!
