Vision2learn was informative, easy to use, excellent tutor engagement and a fun and engaging way of learning. All done from home on the online course, I was able to learn in my spare time knowing I had the guidance and support of the tutor assigned when starting the course. Once I had started I found it hard to stop! Lots of information and learning techniques through the assignments. Brilliant way of learning without having to physically go to a college/university. Highly recommend and I shall definitely be using them again.

I found some of the wording to the question was not as clear as they could be .
I found it extremely hard to work from my iPad and my phone . I missed pages of information to help me with my work and I also lost work using windows for some reason . I would not recommend anyone using a iPad to do this course .

Never received my certificate
I have successfully completed the Nutrition and Health Level 2 course in July 2021 and until today I haven't received my certificate despite many phone calls and emails exchange. I will never use Vision2learn again nor do I recommend it to others. Very disappointed of their incompetence.

Thank you for getting back to me, I am now liaising with the last person you dealt with at the back end of March to see what we can do. As the certificate should have come from North Herts college by now.
Absolutely terrible tutors
The support team were brilliant, I cannot fault them what so ever, the manager never got back to me, after alot of emails and voicemails,still no response!.. the course was level 2 in IT, the 1st tutor was about as helpful as wet paper bag, after a brief time he just completely disappeared, then the 2nd who was very similar to the 1st tutor, I ended up at my local library with a tutor as they were running the same course, (really wish I'd known this) and he helped me complete the course, each time V2L tutor gave his feedback it was to repeat something that I'd already done, he didn't seem to like the fact that people can actually follow instructions and get things right, so the library tutor in the end said he will contact V2L as this was ridiculous, a 12 course ended up being 6months, all due to the hopeless and unknowledgeable tutors that were doing this course, even the support team emailed the tutor several times to say they were confused by his feedback as what I had done was correct.. so never ever again will I do anything with these people again..

No certificate 5 months after completing!!!!
Several emails sent, no response still waiting on certificate from course completed 5 months ago! I won't hold my breath on receiving the certificate for the following course I completed at the end of April, dont bother if you want some proof/certificate of successfully completing courses!!!!!

What more could you ask for?
What more could you ask for - a stunning place to get some free qualifications to learn, grow and change. I took Business Administration Level 2 and it was all completely new to me but I felt they explained it all so very well and the feedback process was nice too.
One thing I'd recommend is working on alternatives to the required phone calls to get registered on the course as I'm not entirely comfortable on the phone. Other than that - stellar. Cheers for the qualification Vision2learn! I'll definitely be back.

Would highly recommend
I started the course looking for solely Microsoft excel training and when I realised there were Powerpoint and Microsoft Word modules it felt like I would have to do extra work for no reason. Ends up, I learnt so much more than I thought I knew about all 3 parts of Microsoft Office and am very happy I did it. Very clear instructions throughout the course and I was in constant communication with my course leader.

The whole process was pretty simple I completed a course on cyber security and the tutor was helpful they give you feedback on each assessment you hand you in and they can give you tips on answering questions if your unsure I really enjoyed the whole experience

Mixed feelings about V2L
Course was helpful and I did learn new skills. However I completed the course in December 2021. I'm still waiting for my certificate 6 months later. I have chased them a few times but no success yet. Am having to fob my employeers off with emails from V2L saying they will send it asap.
