I ordered 1 baseball cap and two t-shirts with my logo and messaging for an event coming up. I wanted to test the products before purchasing larger amounts. The hat was great but I never received the t-shirts. I waited for two week with a delivery date of March 30, 2026. So I waited and waited after receiving the cap within a few days.
The t-shirts never came so after check the mailbox on March 31, I reached out to find out when I should expect them, the bot said it was delayed but I wanted to know when the expected date was only to find out the t-shirts weren't coming.
No email, no phone call, no tracking information, nothing. now I am told that it will take up to 5 days to receive my refund. But here is the other issue, why didn't I get a refund since they cancelled my order???
This is unacceptable particularly as a business owner so they will NEVER get business from me again. Totally pissed. So very unprofessional.
AN ANGRY CUSTOMER!

I have used Vistaprint extensively over the past 12 years with only shining results. They have been my Go-To printer for many things and I always quote them when pricing out projects.
Well, this job was a BIG DEAL AND VISTAPRINT BLEW IT. I designed Wedding Invitations using one of Vistaprint's templates for my step-daughter. I also purchased matching envelopes, but actually had to call and ask a rep to take off some artwork and verbiage that honestly looked cheesy - and there was no way for me to do it online. She said she could do it on her end. I never have had to speak with a rep because I'm a graphic artist and can do everything myself. On the day that the invitations were arriving, Vistaprint emailed me letting me know that they "experienced an unexpected technical issue with the Matching Envelopes and, as a result, have had to cancel that portion of your order." WTF?!!! Why didn't they alert me sooner so I could have done something? I called and spoke with another rep who was also awesome and she helped me create new envelopes and even got the Expedited Shipping waived.
AGAIN, ON THE DAY THE ENVELOPES WERE DUE TO ARRIVE, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!!!! Why didn't they tell me SOONER?!
I needed to have the envelopes at my step-daughter's tomorrow so there was nothing that Vistaprint could do. I wound up buying envelopes at Michael's and getting the printed by a local FedEx Printing office where the women went over and above. I paid handsomely for the privilege. Unfortunately, Vistaprint just lost one of their biggest advocates and fans. They BLEW IT BIG TIME!
UPDATE 4/7/26: I worked with 2 different VP reps (both were incredibly respectful and professional), and finally today, Vistaprint reimbursed me 100% for the large amount it cost me to expedite the printing and shipping of the envelopes at Fedex. I have to give VP a shout out to their reps. Everyone who I have spoken with are kind and professional. They made good and did so in a very respectful way. I am not changing the 1-Star review to 3-Stars only because of the time, worry and high anxiety that I dealt with over the past two weeks. I am still coming down from it.

I am currently shopping for custom polos for my business and realized part of the way into making it my own. i can only add wording underneath or above the logo in the little box provided. They do not have the option to move the wording for your name and role in your company where you want to put and they also do not provide (as of yet) any side sleeve logos or wording. In the future (possibly near future), this would be a great tool to add to Vistaprints custom polos options as I am sure there would be more foot traffic afterwards. It would enhance the logos and give them a more customized and professional look and feel to them.

I had a very difficult situation and I got on the phone with one of your customer service reps. I have a business partner who is not available and has ordered cards for me for over 10 yrs. I had no way of placing an order but a gentlemen named Schlitz went far beyond my expectations in helping me through the process of setting up as a new customer. He spent a great deal of time with explaining and working to get everything correct. I do own a business and have to say that this is not seen everywhere. In my opinion he went far out of his way to make my experience with Vistaprint excellent. Please commend him on his fine work.
