A TOTAL DISASTER

A TOTAL DISASTER!
They still haven't given me an answer to an order of pens that I placed three weeks ago and should have been delivered one week ago.!!
Once the delivery date passed, I started calling the company. Not one person (I spoke to more than three) gave me a concrete answer as to the reason for the delay. They promised to "contact" me, but did not. I kept calling until I got the answer: "we have no stock of those pens"!!!! (one week after they should have been delivered they gave me that answer and because I CALLED THEM). Since that time, I keep calling three times a day to get an offer from another model of pens like the ones I need, that is in stock and can be delivered as soon as possible. NO ONE PERSON has been able to give me a concrete and coherent answer. I need a clear offer of what pens are in stock, it is NOT THAT COMPLICATED. I am wasting time and money (over 200 euros on the first order).

A lack of respect how they deal with customers.

Poor quality service

i’m just asking myself , what is in your mind guys? I ordered three bags with my logo on them, and I got from you 3 black bags… just like that, black and nothing more.
is there someone who is checking the orders and what they deliver?

Wonderful quality and well organised…

Wonderful quality and well organised service.
We needed some professional cards and we found the right offer for our studio. The delivery arrived also quite fast and the quality was absolutely as expected. 100% Recommended.

So after I registered on your page

So after I registered on your page, I got alerts on my other online platforms that untrusted IPS are trying to access my accounts.

Is this how you manage my password???

Your employees try to access my accounts on (e.g. facebook) ???

This Page is very dangerous!

Show wrong price and bad customer service

I got an email offer that was old, anyway I went to the website to see the current price. For the Christmas card that I wanted was showed 63 euros. No mention about any offer, old price, discount, so I presume 63 euros was the normal price. So I spend over 3 hours customizing my Christmas card. All good until I was in the final stage of buying, to insert credicard number and them suddenly the price changed to 80 euros.
I call immediately the call center . This was a big dissapontment. I know that German customer service is bad, but in an international company we expect they would have other trainings or standards. From the beginning the lady clarified me that it was my error. Even asked me if I don't read my emails. If I would read, she said, I would see that the offer was expired.
Yes I new it was expired! But went to the website looking for the new price!!! The website show you a price and doesn't mention that this is not the price! Doesn't mention that this is an offer price! The customer is lead to believe that this is normal price!!!!
After I got really angry with the way she was blaming me for the mistake, she offer me 10% instead of the 25%.
I feel like being treating like an idiot by vistaprint.
No consideration for old clients. No considerating for the clients at all.

Vistaprint insist on using GLS Germany…

Vistaprint insist on using GLS Germany as a courier who never never actually complete a delivery. After a few attempts I gave up :(

500 business cards damaged

I ordered a 500 buiseness cards and every one had a yellow stain. I wrote them that all the cards are damaged but I did not get a single reply.

They only order what you make your size,,,,!!
