Responsive, Attentive and extremely helpful particularly if you can't fathom out the intricacies of their website

I love Vista print. ordered new business cards and unfortunately they were not the same quality as before. Probably my fault, but i thought i had ordered the same paper/ card weight etc.

While I greatly appreciate the quality of services of Vistaprint until today I had a terrible experience this time! My first order that was cancelled was delivered, whereas my correct order never arrived! These were New Year Greeting Cards, so as a politician I have LOST my unique chance to convey my greeting to the electorate during an election year! My replacement ordres were send to nonexistent addresses! Vistaprint staff refused to give instructions to the logistics department so that the letter would instruct the post to rectify the addresses. As a result 2000 greeting cards featuring my personal photos are now returned to the printing unit. This is emotionally and personally intolerable situation as my photos will either be destroyed or lost nowhere. The representative were generously offering to replace the orders but ultimately the outcome was non satisfactory neither for me- the client not the enterprise that wasted the financial and material resources in vein.

Good experience all round from the use of the website, to the oroducts offered, to quickness of delivery.

I now used VistaPrint for 3 orders ! It's a great site for personal business cards & address stickers.It offers many options / designs & allows you to customize your cards, etc. Service is fast & payment is secure.

As a Canadian, based in Germany for 3 years, I've been sending personalized calendar to my family every year. As I logged-on, all the projects that I built somehow were blocked when trying to get them shipped to Canada. I got in touch through your ''chat'' line with Sarra who guided me through to finally being able to send my projects (personalized calendars) to my family. Sarra was patient and very pleasent to exchange with her. Thank you again Sarra Kouki for this great support and my family will get their calendars just in time for x-mas... thanks to you!

Impression non conforme au BAT , réimpression faite et 1 sur 3 conforme au BAT donc 2 inutilisables. impression pire qu'au 1er tirage !
