Alda at Vista Print was a great support for me in finalizing the outlook of the flyers before I could order them with a sense of satisfaction. She was very patiënt and i appreciate that a lot.

At first, we had a slight issue with our order for a set of t-shirts (could happen to anyone), We are a business aswell so we understand. And so we called and asked for it to be rectified via their end we were met with full understanding and a nice helpfull voice on the line, their customer service is amazing!

I'm giving it 5 stars because of the way they handled the setbacks. Special thanks to Diana who took on our case.

delivery service that claims to have been at my house sorry i was home ..than a second attempt no email not notification nothing . but still claiming we were there very un professional . I iwll not come back after years with this compagny . Ill find it else where where i at least get treated with respect instead of claiming and persisting we were there ..or we send emails I never saw them nor got a notification .

About 10 years ago I ordered mugs printed with my personal logo. They are stiil going strong! The print is fine after 10 years cleaning in the dishwasher. Very good quality!

Last order one of the mugs got damaged in transport. 2 days later I already got the replacement with my personal log. Well done Diana. Exeptional service!!

I ordered business cards that came out not bad, but alas one color was darker then expected. I mentioned this here and VistaPrint emailed me proposing a free reprint of the cards AND free advise for a cleaner design. Well, I am over the moon, wishing all companies give such a brilliant service.

The seThe service from this company is really outstanding! They respond incredibly quickly and don’t make a fuss about implementing adjustments. When I saw that the colors on the cards I had already received were much darker than on the screen (and therefore hard to read), they, as a courtesy, let me have the design adjusted once more (for the second time) and are now sending me the new, adjusted cards. So it’s good to keep in mind that colors when printed are darker than on the screen. I will definitely order from them again.

I had a great experience with the customer support team, especially Demi. She took full ownership of my request from the start and made sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out to me was how thoroughly she followed up, she didn’t just respond once and disappear, but actively checked the details and confirmed everything was on track.

It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely attentive. Demi made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the care she put into resolving my request.

Really good quality print job for next years calendar. It was sent fairly quickly even over the holiday season .

Customer service helped me extensively after the QR code on my cards did not work.

They have excellent customer service.

The delivery was delayed 5 days! I ordered Express and payed extra. But on the day of delivery no one made me aware. I had to get in contact myself.
No real compensation was made. Only that I don’t have to pay extra for it to be delivered again. As if it was my fault.

The mug quality were nice and delivery was on time.

Every year we use Vista Print for our Christmas Card.
Easy to use with plenty possibilities.

I use Vistaprint since years for my business cards and flyers. It's a reliable company with a good customer service. I'm very satisfied with their products! I definately recommend it!!

Always keep in mind that images on paper lack the light and brightness of your computer screen.
Colors must be adjusted up front to make printed artwork resemble what you see on screen.
Nevertheless I'm very happy with my cards printed by VISTA print and I will order again with this company.
