Horrible company and horrible customer…
Horrible company and horrible customer service. I have been using Vistaprint for over 10 years between the US and EU, but for over two years now, their production mistakes seem to be endless. It is quite frustrating to spend lots of hours perfecting the designs and then being processed by untrained staff that mix up colors, sizes and designs. I am a highly skilled individual and the time I put into these designs really comes at a high cost to me. When I call them regarding the errors, they just issue a refund in the form of account credit for one year, It is certainly not enough to compensate me for my time but I know there is no much they can do so I accept the partial solution and redesign again. However, one of their agents in Jamaica canceled the credit that was issued by customer service and e-mailed me rudely indicating the closing of my account after I left a negative review for one of the products. Such a horrible and uncivilized manner is indeed a threat to my rights as a customer and as a person to express my opinion. My account got blocked and I am unable to access my designs or the tax invoices since most of these designs were for my LLC. I have been in communication with them to get the issue resolved but no action.

Hello, in response to your comment; no refund to my credit card has been issued as of yet. Also, Vistaprint will need to enable my access again so I can check my business invoices for the orders I placed (it is a business account with my company's tax ID on file), failing to do so might result in a taxation problem and I will have to report Vistaprint to both the American and the French governments where I did business with Vistaprint. Please act quickly and responsibly.

...Ordered business cards for an event but although these were manufactured in time by VistaPrint, they got misplaced by the Postal company... I ordered a second batch knowing that it probably wouldn't be in time for the event and a bit of a gamble, and these guys went the extra mile to make sure it was there in time !
