I paid for quick delivery, but after 2 weeks it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they blamed me for not checking in with UPS. But I wasn't contacted in any way by UPS.
On their site, in the UPS tracking info, it just said "unable to deliver" and they sent the entire shipment back from Sweden to Holland, without even trying to reach me.
They insisted on not reimbursing me a dime, not even for the quick delivery. That's actually stealing.

Update: I was able to get hold of the customer service and they will replace. but it doesn’t take away the loss of time.
very frustrating. I ordered a company stamp and half of the logo doesn't print on the stamp. I went into their website into "contact us" and there is no way to get in touch with anyones. Their chat is "offline" it says "for the moment is not possible to send emails" and "there is no telephone available", so how do you make a claim? their emails are all no-reply.
Stuck with a bad quality product and no way to claim
Sometimes the order is good and sometimes not but at least they were helping to solve the problem

I am located in Finland and booked 100 business cards using a ready-made template while still having edited it myself to fit the text I wanted to fit. I used the template with the picture. I confirmed the order, paid for it with my credit card, and then I realized it wasn't actually looking good. After reading the reviews I was scared I lost my money, but I managed to cancel the order (I made the order on Sunday and canceled it on the same day) through the Vistaprint account. They fully refunded it the next day.
After it, I worked on another design. I used a ready-made template with QR code, tweaked it a little to meet my criteria, and confirmed the order choosing the standard delivery. All the Automatic status updates via email were sent with a decent frequency (order confirmed, shipped, delivered). The delivery was faster than informed. Instead of 4th of March I picked up my order already on the 2nd of March.
The cards look exactly like I expected. There's a bit of dust from cutting on them and it's visible, cause my cards are black. Other than that, everything is perfect. I have over 200 business cards collected from different companies around the world, and the bunch I got from VistaPrint is even more decent than many cards of global companies.
Perfect service. Got my businesscards delivered a few days in advance. Recommend it definitely for printing business cards as the items were exactly as expected and specified.

I ordered some gift cards from vistaprint for my business in january.
They send them from outside sweden so is hard to be in time the time they say.
I dont care if is one week over the time they guess, i usually order with some in the storage.
But this time was the last.
After contacting them 3 times in a month,
After all the back and forth, they send them and finally arrived, but not in the right adress.
In the other side of the city, and will take over two hours more of my free time to go and pick them.
So i contacted them again, they said that i needed to contact posten, cause was something wrong with the delivery company.
I called the post office and they said that vistaprint send them to the wrong adress and they cannot do anything. So after a looong wait and my san valentines campaign in the trash... i called them just to ask for my money back since i dont wanna lose more time with this company. Btw, they denied it with no argument valid.
Really is not for the money, is because as a costumer seems to not have any rights.
My calendars always came on time & looked exactly like what i have ordered, so nothing to complain. Will order again next year. Thanks.

We bought banners and business cards from Vistaprint in Sweden and the service was excellent !!
The business cards did not turn out the way we expected but the Customer Service department handed the case perfectly by refunding the bad ones and fix everything properly.
Their Customer service team acted very professionally and I can strongly recommend anyone to buy things from Vistaprint Sweden !!

This company is best described as a fraud. They make claims they do not fulfil and they charge you for services they do not intend to deliver. I'm based in London (very central, not far flung) and I paid £11.8 in extra shipping costs to ensure my business cards were delivered for an important business conference. At 11.30pm the night before scheduled delivery, they send me an email saying its not ready, won't be delivered on time and most shockingly they make no commitment as to when it will be delivered. It's more of a case of "as and when" we will let you know. Then I call customer service and have the misfortune of speaking to a person who after 10 minutes of refusing to state her name, finally identified herself Wissal Laterch. She then puts me on hold to "check with the manufacturer" and never takes me off hold (over an hour) in what is obviously an attempt to spite me for calling in to complain. Ultimately I now have no cards, no explanation regarding the £11.8 for expedited shipping, no apology from VistaPrint and worst of all absolutely no commitment to ever deliver the cards. Like in the email, their position is simply "If or when we deliver it, we'll let you know". Never ever do business with these fraudsters and charlatans!! Shame on VistaPrint!!
