Took these as diagnosed as pre diabetic , along with a slight diet change took my glucose levels down by 9 points so no blood tests until next year. I will be keeping on taking these and see what happens next blood test.

Poor quality vitamins. Few items missing. Called many time . Phone answered by Pakistanis strong accident saying that the owners of vitabiotics are Pakistan family and that my order was complete but this is absolutely wrong. They are lied to me so many times. Waste of time writing or calling customer service.order arrived damaged and colour of tablets are changing. Poor quality
