I got this as a free gift, It does work and really eases my knee and wrist pain from menopausal symptoms. I would say its not as fast acting or quite as strong as drug based gels, I would say around 15-20 mins to feel like the pain is easing, so if you dont mind waiting. I think for a herbal drug free product it is very good.
