Great taste (a little fishy!). Great price. One a day. So one box of 60 tablets lasts two months. Don't be alarmed (as I was at first) when after taking the tablet you notice your urine is a fluorescent yellow! This one a day tablet provides all 8 B complex vitamins which ensures a healthy maintenance of the nervous system, hair and skin, energy, heart function and the immune system.
