I’ve been taking vitamin D for several years but read an article saying it was best to take vitamin K with it as well. As I’ve brought from Vitabiotics before I went on their website and found this easily. I can definitely feel an improvement since taking it. I feel it definitely has helped the vitamin D to work better.
