I was really struggling every month around the time of my period, so basically every 3 weeks, with feeling empty, crying for nothing, raging for nothing, serious brain fog, etc. At 42 I had a feeling this was Perimenopause, but I didn't want to be medicated if I could help it. So I saw these on Vitabiotic's website and promised my Husband that if there was no change in 3 months time that I would go to see our Doctor. That was in April this year. And I can honestly tell you now in August that I haven't seen our Doctor! What I have done is bought another 3 months supply of Perimenopause from the Wellwoman range, which I will continue to do so for as long as they are working for me. The above symptoms I was suffering with have massively reduced, which I noticed by about July, to the point where my period started last week and I didn't even know I was "due on"!! I actually laughed out loud when I checked my period app on my phone because I thought I was bleeding randomly. But I wasn't, it was bang on the correct day. I have urged my friends who are my age and anyone who will listen to try these, hence the really long review. If they worked so well with me, they could really help you too xx
