10002659 - Poor business practice and very unprofessional

My wife was contacted by you and they have sent a trial package which we have paid. Next month without order package came to us and we have returned it.

Now for last one year we keep receiving inflated bills for defaulted payment which is really frustrating. Also alleast 6 times we have tried to talk to you and everytime we were convinced that case will be settled.

On June 12, 2018 we had again talk with one of your Representative for almost 30 minutes and it was promised that we need not to pay any bills and case will be deleted. However inspite of promise to close the case again we receive bill and also threatening to mark default in RKI.

I again had talk on this today with Michael and he promised to call me back today (June 29, 2018) and close the case.

I am convinced that a satisfied customer brings 1000 more customers in his lifetime but also convinced that a poor customer experience can destroy businesses and integrity. So I sincerely request to you to close this case by today (29th June 2018).

Till so far I have wasted atleast couple of days and hours since last one year discussing the same thing again and again and I do not have any problem paying DKK 150 but in that case I will loose my pride, identity, honesty and feeling of good human being. Instead I will prefer to fight for my integrity, honesty and fairness. Another alternate I gave to pay for beer and dinner for your employees but paying for the things which is returned is not fair and I can not digest it.

Last but not least - I am still poor in writing Danish so prefer to do it in English and hope this goes Ok with you all and Michael.

Looking forward to hear from you but pleaseeeeeeeeee do not ask to pay anything instead you are welcome for friendly beer or dinner invitation and I do not paying thousand DKK for it :-)
