Great product even though it doubled in price since my last purchase. Delivery was quick and trouble free.

I've used Vitacost for the past 10 plus years because I can almost always find what I need. Vitacost also has a lot of vitamin brands that avoid additives and/or toxic coatings. Also, their prices are reasonable, and the variety of what is offered on their site is extensive. Their delivery time is also efficient.

....To be honest Vitacost was once a very good vitamin /supplement company, but not anymore. ....Vitacost customer service is now a disgrace!!
...The people they hire for customer service are low IQ, nasty , sneaky rejects.
...And their shipping is overpriced!
...Their supplements are overpriced!
...Vitacost has nothing to offer to customers!
...There are so many other vitamin/ supplement wholesalers that give better lower cost quality deals!
..You do not have to put up with this hideous company and their disgraceful customer service!

Reorder makes it easy to find what I need to restock! Prices are great and shipping is always smooth. Meeting the $50 minimum for free shipping is reasonable.

I ordered several things along with four boxes of hair color. It was a little over sixty days ago. I don't color my hair very often so wasn't going to be using four boxes of hair color in sixty days. Used one of them and I don't know what was wrong with it but it did not color my hair and some of my hair fell out. BUYER BEWARE. I called them and they basically said that they could not refund because it was over sixty days. Do not buy hair color from this place. And all their customer service is in the Philippians so I could not understand her either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

They used to be great. I ordered from them for years. But last October they suddenly flagged my order and emailed me a strange request for verification of my personal information. I thought it was a scam, but it was real. But it was so inconvenient I cancelled the order and vowed never to shop there again. But, against my better judgment, I placed another order a few days ago and got the same email. I went to the website, logged in, and started a chat. I gave them all the personal information they requested, and then was told that it would still take two days for it to clear and the order to proceed. This is the most inefficient and ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. I've shopped with them for years. I shop with multiple websites every week and am never forced to waste my time in this way. I was so upset because that meant the order wouldn't arrive by the time I needed it (since I was leaving the country soon). I had to cancel the order and vow, once again, to never shop with Vitacost again. Honestly I should bill them for the time I had to spend dealing with them and getting absolutely nothing to show for it.

It came quickly and with no problems. Faithful as usual!

Vitacost has just about everything I can think of including all the products I use. Ordering is very easy and delivery is always within a day or two.

After being a multi-thousand dollar customer a year for eight years, I-Herb bought Vitacost, and sent my supplement order via On Trac, who delivered the package to a different city and state than I live in -- to the Bronx, NY instead of to Brookfield, CT! I wrote Vitacost three times explaining this and they, like On Trac, insisted the package was delivered, never refunded my payment or re-sent the package. They asked for my address three times. I sent it. I have heard nothing. They never made the order right!

The order was placed 7 March! Will NEVER purchase from Vitacost again since my longevity as a customer and the amount I spent means zero to them! The worst company ever! I am finished with them.

Shame on you iherb! You are ruining the great reputation that Vitacost had before you bought them out. I was a loyal and regular shopper of Vitacost, before the buy out by iherb. It has gone downhill since it was bought by iherb. I placed my first order since the buy it. My shipment came damaged. Laundry boxes were smashed and food was put in the same box as detergent. If they are offering clean living, why mix food with detergent. I expected better and now know. It is with grate sadness that Vitacost was bought out by iherb!!! It also appears that gone are the great Vitacost deals and awesome products that they use to carry before iherb's buyout of them. iherb is now putting those great products on clearance.

Vitacost is efficient and carries the brands I value. Their delivery is fast!

iHerb acquiring Vitacost (from Kroger) has been declining in shipping delays (weeks) and have eliminated their promotional sales. I have shopped with Vitacost for many years, but now find since iHerb , Vitacost has taken on an I don't care attitude about shipping delays and promotions. Ordered 3/13 rec'vd 3/26

Tried them for first time - placed order via valid credit card. Received order confirmation. Received notice that "info didn't match". This was my own credit card, valid address and phone number - I order constantly from many online retailers...never had a problem anywhere else.

Called the number indicated and rep checked everything and confirmed order was fine and now ready to ship. Waited almost 3 weeks - no order.

Contacted them again "Oh - your order was canceled - info didn't match". No notice. No alert. Nothing.

Utter nonsense and a total waste of time - I really needed that order and was left with nothing. They couldn't care less.

Avoid this dysfunctional company!

vitacost used to ship very fast, but now that they are owned by iherb.com, it takes a lot longer. My last order took more than 10 days to arrive. It's really too bad that iherb took over that company. The one star is related to my last order, before that I would have given them 4 to 5 stars. Also, on a recent order, they sent a product that was about to expire and wasn't usable
