I feel deceived
The time to inform a customer a prescription is needed is BEFORE the checkout not after. I would've got my order at the local pharmacy and had my Dr. do the prescription for there. I ordered from this site for convenience.....a lot of good that did. Why in the world would there be a prescription needed for needles anyway. This encourages needle reuse and sharing. Seriously irritated from not being told upfront as I'd have not placed an order.

Good search engine
Good search engine, good selection. You could improve lexing in the search engine (i.e., cross referencing common misspellings to produce accurate results >> e.g. cude would find Coude). Also, adding better photos for medical products where high resolution helps make decisions (such as showing exactly what the coude tip on a catheter actually looks like) is always a huge help.

Delivery in 1 to 3 days.
When I made the order I was told 1 to 3 day delivery. The person told me several times that I would have it by Thursday. Since I let the person know I was leaving Friday for vacation and needed the swim diapers. I called back the day after making the order because tracking said it wasn't processed. I called back and was told a slight problem with the order and it would be processed again. I didn't get my order until Friday afternoon. I had to have neighbors watch for the package since I wasn't home. I wasn't able to swim, hot tub while on vacation. I felt so let down.
