Ordered Wednesday night, dispatched Thursday, I received the package Saturday, (free postage). So all perfect.

Worse guy ever seen don't look trust pls don't order

READ REVIEWS AND REPLIES BEFORE BUYING!!! Very unprofessional, arrogant and rude member of staff. How, they still have a business up and running is beyond me. In one of my ratings you will see the manner of staff stating I make false statements, well how about this…you hounded me with numerous phone calls and when I answered the call you said and I quote ( WHY ARE YOU LYING 🤥 and to take down my review immediately)
How’s that for you :) very creeper stalking people because you don’t like a HONEST review 😉 for every unprofessional, reply will be another bad review 👍 to add to this I have taken evidence of your replies to customers calling them names saying they are lying and reported you to trading standards so hopefully, you are shut down. I’ve also, advised the people on the reviews to do the same.

Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Awful product, awful customer service and zero refund.

Shocking service, cut the phone on your and don't entertain a conversation on your enquiry.

I would not rate this even one star.
My item wasn't delivered. They do not respond to emails.
They refuse to refund or replace the item not delivered to the point we are pursuing the matter legally.
Do not shop with this company. They'll take your money but not provide the service.
The are like monotonous incompetent robots. The claim Royal Mail has delivered the parcel. Problem is Royal Mail have denied they have delivered the parcel to us. Simply because they have no parcel from Vitamins for Life.
These are liars and they only way to stop a business like this from exploiting customers is legal action, which im sure they can provide a court with actual evidence and not the lying sentence of 'Royal mail have delivered the parcel.'
The team then tried to get Trust Pilot to take this post down claiming it was defamatory. But Trust Pilot found no evidence this post is defamatory.
This company has 100% negative reviews and extremely poor customer service responses as you can see below.

Spent £300 on a white noise device that doesn’t work. They’re refusing to refund me.

We never received our order. Phone calls and emails remain unanswered.

Awful customer service! Supplement was half the strength stated, when I contacted them for a refund they didn’t apologise nor refund me (I of course offered to send it back if they paid for the return postage) and instead gaslit me repeatedly. I will do a chargeback instead. Never using them again! They won’t stop gaslighting me now, I might have to block them and explain to the credit card company why I’ve had to do this at this rate. This is horrible!

Rang up enquiring about a product and was met with an extremely rude person that didn’t offer any help or customer service whatsoever, absolutely horrendous

Unethical business - steer well clear. Placed an order for a Lumie Desklamp for £120 on 31/10/20. Received an e-mail on 10/11/20 saying "Hello, sorry but we have had to cancel this order due to stock delivery being delayed." What they really meant was that they put the price up to £144 on the website and wouldn't fulfill the order at the original price. Unethical business - don't spend your money with them.
