Unresolved Issue After 11 Days
I placed an order and the tracking link shows it was delivered, but I never received it. I already contacted your team and was told I’d get an update within 4 days—but it’s now been 11 days and I haven’t heard back.
It’s a bit disappointing not to have received any follow-up. If you’re unable to deliver the order, I kindly request a full refund.

painful fingerprick and no result received
I purchased a self test from vitaminstore brand, the price looked good but... I followed all the instructions but the procedure to get the blood (finger prick) was extremely long and painful (squeezing mi fingers multiple times to get enough blood). eventually I did not receive the results and I don't know what happened.. maybe the package got lost on its way?

Good Service, Good Products
Good service. I've been purchasing from Vitaminestore regularly. My orders always arrive on time and in good condition. They offer a wide variety of brands, and it’s always very easy for me to find supplements with clean ingredients.
I recommend their shop in Rotterdam, the staff is friendly, the customer service is excellent, and they are knowledgeable about the products. They take the time to explain and compare items when needed.
