This company sent me the incorrect item. I ordered a lemon dress. When the parcel arrived I opened it up to discover that the item that they had sent was black. I didn’t even open it properly so I couldn’t say what they had sent. It obviously wasn’t what I had ordered as it was the wrong colour.
I sent it back and received an email from them to tell me how much I was being refunded. I was disgusted to discover that they had not refunded the postage cost. Absolutely ridiculous. They sent the wrong item and yet they expect me to pay to have the wrong item shipped. Shocking customer service

Extremely easy to work with--had to return an item and the return shipping and refund process was perfectly fine. Kudos to associate Karolina for her professionalism and speedy replies. Will definitely shop again. I have confidence for future purchases even though overseas.

It has been 2 months since the order, the item never arrived and no refund issued! I ordered a designer item beginning of January. It has never arrived and the company acknowledged it was due to a UPS error. However, I have still not received a refund worth hundreds of pounds. My emails remain unanswered and I am about to contact my insurance. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

11 out of 10! Exceptional experience: I ordered Alaia item - received it in US in 2 days. Absolutely beautiful, in perfect condition, exactly as expected. Packed with great care - best packaging ever! Wonderful customer service, shout-out to Mikolaj, who was very friendly and professional! Most definitely recommend this store - they absolutely deserve it! A hidden gem in Europe!

the bag i ordered arrived in Cyprus within 4 days after placing an order, It is definitely authentic and was carefully packed, it also had returning label inside. The bag is brand new without any visible defects. So far my experience is great, would use again

Here is an email that I sent to Vitkac on 1/24/25. No response to date.
Dear Vitkac Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with order number 2160524, my first purchase from your company. Upon receiving the shoes, I was immediately concerned about their condition. They appeared worn, and the laces were haphazardly tied, requiring me to consult online tutorials to correctly lace them. The shoes themselves were carelessly tossed into the packaging, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the fulfillment process. Furthermore, the included extra pair of laces lacked the expected Vetements logo.
While I understand that returns can be inconvenient, I have already disposed of the original packaging. Therefore, I believe a partial refund would be a fair resolution to compensate for the unsatisfactory condition of the merchandise and the lack of attention to proper packaging and quality control. This would demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction and encourage future purchases.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Update as of 2/20/25: I communicated with Vitkac via email. Yes, their responses to my email above did go to my spam box which is weird because their order status emails came directly to my primary inbox. Vitkac offered me a 5% discount for my inconvenience. I countered their offer and requested a 15% discount and they did not accept my counteroffer. Instead, they offered me a 7% discount as a final offer which I received a refund back to my credit card. I accepted their offer primarily because of the hassle of returning the shoes even though they appeared worn but were advertised as new. I wish I could upload the pictures of the shoes. The shoes in question are the Vetements Black New Rock platform sneakers. If Vitkac had accepted my first reasonable offer, I would likely continue to shop here because I do appreciate their willingness to rectify their mistake and they have a nice selection of clothes. Ultimately I don't feel like they appreciate my business. If I received the shoes as advertised, we likely would not have had this conversation. Consumers must realize that we don't have to accept McDonald's customer service when we can take our business to Chick-fil-a. This was my experience and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I don't normally leave a TP review but the customer service i've received from Vitkac, in particular Karolina is outstanding. Very quick to respond to a number of queries due to my own error of ordering the incorrect size. Karolina was quick to resolve this issue so a new order could be placed and she even emailed me over a new 'new customer' discount code. Effortly easy and a pleasure to deal with, I will 100% buy from this company again.

Been trying to place an order for the last three days but it keeps getting cancelled due to non-payment (even though a hold is placed on my bank account, suggesting it's gone through). Spoke with customer service who advised it was probably the billing address. Their system doesn't allow a house name to be inputted rather than a number. Customer service were less than helpful in trying to resolve. Subsequently I've given up on trying to place the other.

Avoid Viktac !
I ordered a bag and at reception I realized it was not suitable. There was no suitable return label ( it was refused by UPS Collect centers) in the packet and I tried calling them without success. It was directed to a voicemail. So i
Sent at my own cost ( more than 13 pounds) the parcel to the address shown in their website. The address shown in their invoice was, according to the post office and to the UPS collect centers, incomplete.
The parcel has arrived in Poland and they tell me they can’t take it from the post office there. They are not willing to neither refund my money back ( more than 400 pounds) nor help me. All they want me to do is for the Poland post office to return it to me to the uk and that I post it again to them! I have no way to track my parcel in Poland and the parcel cannot return to me as the polish post office does not have my address! Royal mail in the UK told me that. Basically, the fact that Viktac is no even willing to help me is appalling. I suspect they don’t want to track the package because they would have to pay for something. They rather have their client loose money as well the parcel. It is a terrible customer service, please beware.

I bought some shoes on the web, and they arrived within 2 days.
Unfortunately they were too small and I wanted to send them back. During the return process on the web, there has been a problem on the site, so that I didn't know If the process ended correctly or not.
I then wrote to customer service in order to check.
They answered within just 1 hours telling me that evwrything was ok and that I could process with the return.
