I recently sign up and subcribe for a month but after payment was debited on my account it shows on my profile that there was no subcription was made and there is no customer service or support to contact.
I successfully signed up for an account from Europe. Unfortunately the mobile apps aren't available (they seem to only be available in a few countries) but I thought that that wouldn't be a problem as I can just stream the content to my TV via Airplay. However, that didn't work either as the Vivamax website won't render on mobile devices (iPad, iPhone) at all and just link you to the non-existing apps. Even from the Mac I can't stream it to the TV because Vivamax hides all browser controls and Airplay can't be activated.
I immediately cancelled the account and asked for a refund. The support e-mail address was very hard to find and I haven't received any replies, not even an automated one after 5 days.
