Total scam - venice

Total scam - purchased 4 audio guides for a tour in Venice but when we arrived you need phones and an app to use - which obviously my children don't have. Staff claimed ignorance so we're out of pocket and my children can't enjoy the tour.

Worst ticket service I have ever seen

Worst ticket service I have ever seen. I was waiting for the comiccon Malaga since 10:30, in the waiting room. Then, at 12:00 time when the ticket started to sell the system go saturated bad gateway error. Finally, I can enter and at the payment page, I am kicked out with a notification error saying try again from the home page. Of course when I go to the homepage the queue restart with 29000, not too bad…when I have been waiting for hour an half I am kicked out with a notification saying that I am suspected of being a bot. Same two times more, did I tried. At the end, I am here trying again, I am able to reach the payment part… I get kicked put again refresh reach again and now it says that my reference id was already used… unbelievable.

Horrible customer service

I bought an online ticket to the Castello Sforzesco when I arrived there it was closed because they had a power outage they said I could contact Vivaticket to request a refund because they did not allow people to go in. I requested and besides having a very rude customer service they simply don't want to refund 10 EUR. It has been more than a month and they refuse it. I have sent a picture of the statement the museum has put outside the doors warning about the power outage and they made zero effort in solving the situation. Buy directly there, don't use this website.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Trying to get tickets for the final four all morning. Nothing working. They should not be in business. They just work for the black market obviously.

MAFIA !

MAFIA !
Obstacles and I couldn't travel to Theatro di San Carlo in Naples in April to see great opera, my ticket was put up for resale on Theatro di San Carlos/ Vivatickets resalepage. The ticket was sold 24 hours before the performance, the performance was sold out! The Theatre di San Carlo/Vivaticket kept my money despite demands from the Europeen Consumers Rights to refund the money.
MAFIA and ORGANIZED CRIME is a growing problem and for many years a big problem in Italy, is Vivaticket/Theatre di San Carloa part of it?
Don't go to Naples, see the amazing artists and productions in other operahouses in Europe!

The worst experience we’ve had in Italy

The worst experience we’ve had in Italy!! We spent an hour at the entrance to Vesuv trying to purchase two last minute tickets without any success. Bad wifi and the booking system just doesn’t work properly. It crashes all the time and the confirmation mail has never arrived. And the worst is there is no help to get. Customer service doesn’t exist in this company!!

Rating: a big fat ZERO.
Had to use this site to buy my tickets for Mount Vesuvius in advance.
Tickets cost 10 euros per person. You are advised to buy them in advance because the internet connection here at Mount Vesuvius is weak or non existent. Tickets were hellish to get. Apparently their system for buying online tickets only accepts a European phone number. So if you have a north American number, you are out of luck. I contacted them. They told me that they are aware of the problem and "they cannot change their booking system!" That is crazy. It took two of us four hours, four phone numbers, and then two European phone numbers to get our tickets. Not worth the hassle!
I am not aware of other sites that sell these entry tickets. Other more expensive ways are guided tours.

Bought 2 tickets for a show in Bari for myself and my wife and was "allocated" the seats by Vivaticket. However, the seats are on opposite sides of the building !! Not interested in addressing the issue when contacted, referred me to "terms and conditions". Avoid at all costs

Tickets are selling quickly and I still can not purchase tickets. I've sent several message to their ROBOTIC ASSISTANCE and darn robot does not understand my need to verify phone number. Now waiting on a 24-48 hour email response to possibly get help. WHY is it SO HARD to buy tickets from Vivaticket Italy??

Will take your money, but make it difficult/impossible to get it back if event is cancelled

Bought tickets to see an Opera in Naples/Napoli using an American credit card. The event was cancelled, they do NOT do automatic refunds, you have to fill out a form.

The only way they issue refunds is through bank transfer using IBAN or Swift number. My small American credit union doesn't have either of these.

I paid with credit card, why not automatically refund to the same card when there's a cancellation? Oh, they get to keep the money.

Unfortunately they're the exclusive ticketing service for many venues in Italy.
