The Ultrasonic Wasp Repellent

I purchased the Ultrasonic Wasp Repeller from their website in Spain.
It did not repel wasps. In fact they did not move and were not affected by the machine being there at all. I packed the item up in it's original box and packaging and asked for a full refund. The company eventually arranged for the transport company to collect the item. The transport company were very efficient. Once Vivir sin Plagas got the item back they made a refund which was done the following day. However they charged me a transport fee plus a return shipment fee, which I feel is unfair as they sold a product which did not do the job.
