Viv Health Inc selling Viv Ring is a fraud and scammer company
Viv Health Inc selling Viv Ring is a Scammer Company. I had placed an order on Feb 28,2025 for a smart ring. After placing an order, I received confirmation of the order on March 03,2025. On Mar 11, 2025 I received the sizing kit and I responded to the customer support same day that my finger size is “11”. After a long wait, finally received the ring on April 04. 2025. However the size of the ring that was sent to me was size “8”. Not only did they sent me a wrong size, I was sent the wrong Color. I has asked for Black ring and the company sent me silver. After couple of follow-up, I got a response from them asking me to send pictures of the ring itself. I had sent them pictures of ring size on April 04, 2025 and also on April 07, 2025. After that I have sent them 7 (Seven) emails but no response from the company. I finally called the Korea number mentioned on the website. Turns out that once you call, you would receive response by a bot in Korean (did not understand anything). I wanted to make sure that anyone reading this, is made aware of scammers like Viv Health Inc selling vivring (Viv Ring) does not go through this
