Worked perfectly well for downloading songs from Spotify but then Spotify suspended my account a couple of days later for misuse. Had no idea it would be an issue since viwizard is a paid-for software but suppose it makes sense in hindsight. Be aware

Great Audio record product ! The technical support is excellent if you have a problem even if purchased years ago.

I was excited to see this product as I have many Audible Books that I've wanted to listen to in my car. Unfortunately I use my phone for Door Dashing and Uber Eats and cannot listen to Audible books AND do my delivery services. How wonderful that I can convert my Audible Books into an MP3 format and transfer them to my MP3 player! I downloaded the trial version and found this works perfectly for me. The trial version only allows you to hear 1/3 of the file but that was enough for me to know I had to have this product.

Great service and an excellent product! I can now download all my Audible files in lossless quality for my non-branded player.

The Video Converter works perfectly smooth, just as advertised! Everything is pretty straightforward and easy to use. And a very big plus, their support team is very responsive and helpful and were able to help me within a very short time!

Major scam they make it virtually impossible to cancel the service. Plus it doesn't even work on mac

After a system change, I was unable to activate the converter.
The support team fixed the problem immediately, so I can now carry on working without any problems.

Does what it says - converts Apple Music files to MP3. Not super fast but I think that’s just the nature of the process. Seems stable. I haven’t noticed any bugs. When I needed to move the software to a different laptop, the support team responded quickly and allowed me to move the license.

My inquiry was promptly answered and the problem solved. I had contacted tech support earlier in the year and similarly the response was prompt and solved the problem. Excellent service from tech support!

Music Converter is a great product, I use it for years now.

Super support, quick solution of my problem, now everything is running as usual again.

Contrary to what I thought, the software I purchased did not work on my computer, so I sent a request for a refund to the service provider. - After just a few hours I received an understanding, very friendly reply as well as a promise to refund the amount paid: this really is first class service: couldn't be better.
