Very disappointed with my experience at Victoria Marie's Jewelry Store.
I purchased a diamond ring from this store in Parker, Colorado, and unfortunately, I have had repeated problems with diamonds falling out of the ring.
The first diamond fell out, and Jeff replaced it at no charge. The second diamond fell out as well. Fortunately, I was able to find that diamond, and Jeff replaced it.
Then the third diamond fell out. This was the largest and most expensive diamond in the ring. When I contacted Jeff, I expected him to stand behind his work. Instead, I felt that he dismissed my concerns and made me feel as though I didn't know what I was talking about and that the diamond falling out was my fault.
Because I wanted an independent opinion, I took the ring to another jewelry store and had it examined by a master jeweler. I was told that the craftsmanship was poor and that the work on the setting was not done properly. I was also advised that, based on the condition of the workmanship, the original jeweler should be responsible for replacing the diamond.
Having three diamonds fall out of a ring is extremely disappointing, especially when the third diamond was the largest and most expensive. What disappointed me even more was how my concerns were handled when I contacted Jeff about the situation.
I purchased this ring expecting quality workmanship and for the jeweler to stand behind his work. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
