from start to finish our move went so smoothly the four guys could not of done any more worked so hard friendly and nothing to much trouble it made our move stress free and was lovely to have a laugh along the way if we move again would 100 per cent use this company again

Very disappointed to write this review as I had an initially fantastic experience with the team. I used them twice within a month because the first time was excellent. However the 'after service care' from my last move last Thursday has been fairly unpleasant.
I had several items damaged, a few small ones are to be expected but there was substantial one which wasn't apparent until after the lads had left, but was highlighted the same day as the move. I was fobbed off with excuses and they tried to turn the blame onto myself.
To quote the Sam directly from one of his messages 'Once we leave a property and the customer is happy that relieves us of any liability as soon as we've left'.
What if the damage caused to your property wasn't made evident until you'd left but you'd already paid the balance? Tough, it would seem as they've refused point blank any liability and a complete change in the usual very pleasant messages, the last had a particularly nasty tone to their communication.
A very disappointing, costly and unpleasant end to what had been a great experience until then. There were definitely no emoji's on the last whatsapp message from Sam!
I'm not saying don't move with them but I would highly recommend that you thoroughly check your items and have agreed any issues before they leave and/or don't pay the balance until any issues are resolved because otherwise they won't be and the expense will be on you.

In response to the below statement from VMS, I have never tried to take advantage of them or have I any circumstances acted dishonestly, quite the contrary. I paid on time, been exceptionally complimentary where deserved and have left a 5 star review previous to this one!... Not the behavior of the underhand person you're suggesting below. The only person being taken advantage of here Sam is me and I've taken it on the chin. Fair and honest feedback should always be taken as means to improving your service, I hope it does! Good luck in all you do.

Made moving feel easy. Fair price with additional extras. Friendly boss and employees. So so helpful. Flexible when our move date was changed. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I would fully recommend VMS Removals if you are moving home. They made an expected stressful day very easy. From the moment Sam and the team arrived they were very professional and managed the whole day exceptionally. These guys are the very best.

A quality job by a quality firm. From the outset the owner, Sam, was professional, polite and positive. He kept faith with us through two cancelled jobs before we finally moved. On the day the crew were Sam (another one), Nick and Jordon. They were all brilliant and a credit to the firm. Nothing was too much trouble. The huge triple wardrobe we have was never going to go up the short winding staircase so they put it down, took it apart and put it back together, in place, in what seemed like 20 minutes. They worked exceptionally hard all day. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have to completely agree with all the other positive reviews of Sam and his team. Our decision was based in part on cost but also on Sam’s initial visit to quote. He is so polite and friendly and gives you the confidence that you are in good hands. The team on the day were so incredibly fast and clearly played Tetris as children, but at the same time they were careful and respectful with our stuff. Five stars.

From arriving early in the morning to finishing late afternoon, these guys were professional, courteous and always had a smile and laugh! They made the whole day go easily with minimal stress, always letting us know what was happening! Highly recommend!

Sam and the guys provided an excellent and efficient service for quite a tricky removal. There were no hidden costs and everything was upfront and above board. Would highly recommend these guys for any man and van needs.

Wow! What an amazing removals company. From arrival at our old home early in the morning right through to moving us into our new home late afternoon the team had a smile on their faces, they were funny, chatty and couldn't have been more helpful!. Literally our knights in shining armour on moving day! No matter how stressed we were due to hiccups on the day - the guys were around to make it that much easier and always managed to make us smile! I would not use anyone else for any removals now, they are simply the best in the business. Thanks again lads 👍
