Good quality product! Bad service!
I received my product within 2 weeks waiting time. The support & service isn't up for any discussion, since its simply not there. The product is handmade and very nice quality, but remember its a risky site... just take a look on the other reviews. I guess it depends on what you buy & quantity. I would rate it 3 stars for the overall of my experience but i do not recommend this site to be honest.

Very bad customer service
Ordered a hoodie from them - it took over 6 weeks to get it from Germany to a capital of another EU country... Very slow shipping! When the product arrived, it had a red paint stain on it and smelled horrible. Also the colour and fit were different from what the pictures on their website made it look like. I did return my product.
I tried contacting their support once about asking why the shipping is taking so long and 2 times about my return&refund and got no answer at all. NEVER buy anything off this site!!

Haven't recieved my order yet
I orderede some clothes a little over 2 weeks ago. I still haven't recieved my order, but they still took a little over 200 euro out of my account.
I e-mailed them 5 times, and wrote them 3 times on their Facebook account. They haven't replied once. I wont recommend anybody to use this website ever
