Poor quality, horrible customer service

I bought a couple rings from Voare back in December of 2018. At that point I pod $69 in one and $49 on the other one. I barely wore the rings and for my surprise I notice that the color of the rings are fading. I contact them this week and the solution they found for me was: that I could go to a jeweler near by to plate the rings again!!! Excuse me????? They sell something for me with a horrible quality and now they are saying that o should deal with that? Poor quality product, horrible customer service!
PS: I just notice at the website they dropped the price for the same products I bought. Probably bcse they know that their product doesn’t worth.
