Like everyone else completed my course and the tutor/ owner of the company BRIAN stopped taking my course....fortunately I managed to pass my course through another company for free.... i would advice everyone to avoid this man and his various companies hes a p rick
This company is a big scam, they take your money, wait for you to spend lots of time completing your coursework and then are impossible to get hold of.
Has anyone had any success with getting through to this company? If so, do you have any advice on what we should do or is it a completely lost cause?
Awful service 😢
Took payment swiftly, didn’t set my account up fully (I was unable to login for ages) and slow response. Tutor was good but V L team never respond to emails or calls. It’s been almost two months since I submitted my portfolio and I still don’t know if I’ve passed as no response from them. After some badgering my tutor chased the matter up but to no avail. I feel let down and angry 😡
Do not use this so called company, they will take your money and not respond, you will be ignored and you will lose your money. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Outrageous company, I fell into the trap of going for a 'cheaper' course, and now it's cost me over double as I've had to take on the course from another provider, In the beginning all looked good with stream of confirmation emails and log in details, but soon I wasn't able to log in to the site and I got no reply from the company in their own portal system, I contacted my bank and explained that I thought I'd been scammed, but they said it looked all above board due to being registered on companies house, an elaborate scam which I have reported to Trading Standards (good luck getting my money back!) PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY
Shocking company, you hand over your hard earned money to find the quality of resources and online system is poor and communication is non existent.
