Martyna has been wonderful fixing a problem caused by my old network. After a week and a half of giffgaff mucking me about it was such a joy to walk into the store and have Martyna to completely fix it. She was super responsive and knowledgeable and always a pleasure. Thank you Martyna!

Fantastic Store excellent staff , today i dealt with Martyna and Paul (Manager) .
From start to finish the whole process wasn't quick but the problem was quite complex BUT Martyna made sure she helped me above and beyond and i felt comfortable with the service she gave.
With the manager checking in and making sure i was happy with the customer service it reassured me.
I know its not always a quick fix but patience is a virtue and I wholeheartedly support the service I receive every time I go into this store.
