Helpful and misleading
Very helpful and understanding.
But i was told my bill would go up by £12 if I upgrade 2 phones. What they didn't mention at any point is that I would also have two device plans at £4.50 each. So my bill has gone up by £21 not £12. Which i wouldn't of agreed to and would of just upgraded the broken phone. As I mentioned that I'm struggling financially and reducing bills as much as possible.
