Ana was exceptional is her patience dealing with someone who had been an android user for decades making the switch to iPhone. She was utterly charming and so knowledgeable and I left the store feeling so very well looked after and confident with my new phone.

Trying to cancel a SIM only account
I'd been having trouble cancelling a SIM only month by month account and whatever was tried was failing, telephone, internet, cancelling the direct debit... (I was only leaving Vodafone as I wasn't using the phone as much as I had expected, so it wasn't cost effective to have). In the end we went into the store in Evesham to speak to someone face to face.
Manoj was so patient and helpful. He arranged for a new temporary SIM card with my number linked to it, then went through the Vodafone call centre process with us and eventually got everything sorted. He was patient and professional and sorted something that up to that point had seemed almost impossible. Thank you.

Ranjit was amazing! I always come in and see him he is so helpful and such an incredible gentleman! He sat with me and explained everything so well when upgrading my handset and helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and confirmed he won’t let me leave until everything is done and I am

When we arrived both staff members were busy but we were greeted and advised someone would be with us soon. Ana who helped us was patient and listened carefully to the problem. She then took action that helped us move forward with the situation.
