I came into the store on 26/05 just to get an idea on prices for an upgrade. A young gent, Adam, grabbed me a seat and I just wanted to highlight his service.
Firstly, without any trouble or it feeling like a hardship, he provided me with a list of prices for multiple different devices, leaving no stone unturned. He gave both the "professional" opinion and his own thoughts on each of the deals, making it unbelievably easy for me to make a choice.
I asked lots of questions about specifics between different devices and Adam had the answers on hand at an instant, no "uhhmmm" or "errrr" just pure product knowledge paired with his own experiences again leaving me with no doubts. I have had lots of phones in my time, and I have never come across anyone that was as knowledgeable and proactive as him. He clearly understands customer service and executes perfectly. Adam wasn't at all pushy on the sale which is a HUGE win for me when buying anything, that quality alone escalates the experience massively.
Sadly he wasn't in the store when i came back to complete the upgrade, but was very keen that he gets the feedback/praise that he deserves. A total asset to that store and the man you want to be seeing if you're looking to upgrade.

Had a wifi dongle with them, they never honoured the cancellation and then kept chasing me for money and went on to my credit rating and screwed up my record completely. I am still dealing with the fallout of it. I will NEVER use them again. Even the store in Hempsted Valley when I went for help was useless - refused to help because I couldn't provide reference to a device i no longer had. And no-one bothered to look into it, despite going there twice.
UPDATE - reach out what for? You have already done the damage andni have tried to resolve this for mnay months with noone from your team (store or online) being remotely interested or helpful. You have damaged my credit , my credit limit that have been lowered as a result of your putting a mark on my credit record. It is disguisting that you csn do that with no consequence and all you can do ia direct me to a phone line that noone answers at best of times, or are not helpful. I will NEVER use your company and tell evwryone about my experience. Disgraceful behaviour without any consequences.
