Myself and my husband needed new…
Myself and my husband needed new phones, so visited the Vodafone shop in Huntingdon to see what was available. The Manager Hakim who dealt with our requests was very welcoming and pleasant. My husband had a idea on what phone he wanted, but I wasn't sure what phone I wanted. The Manager recommended a phone and asked me to check the phone out to see if I was happy with the phone, which I was very happy. He also broke down the cost of how much we would pay for the phone a month. He also provided the plan that would be included with both of the phones. We both were very happy with the service and was very excited once we received our new phones. The manager provided assistance with setting up and transferring our data from our current phones to our new phones.

I hate updating phone / contracts etc…
I hate updating phone / contracts etc and was very vocal about this when going into store! Shamima was just brilliant, patient, knowledgeable and understanding she was exactly who I needed Infront of me!
I had to come back to store to complete over the next few days, the staff I encountered Jack D and Hakim alongside Shamima were just excellent 👍

Jack C at the Huntingdon Vodafone shop was our advisor today.I required a new phone and was shown the best for my requirements and budget. As an older customer not very phone savvy, I was treated with respect and patiently explained everything in an easy to understand way.
